  • ¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Toss chicken tenders with olive oil and seasonings (garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes).
  2. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  3. Air fry chicken in a single layer for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. Meanwhile, melt butter in a saucepan; add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in honey, soy sauce, and lemon juice; simmer briefly.
  5. Coat cooked tenders in the honey garlic sauce before serving.
