  • 3½ cups Granny Smith apples (peeled and finely chopped)

  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • ¼ cup whole milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine cooking oil and sugar until well mixed. Add eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring gently. Fold in chopped apples and pecans.
