  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 28 oz jar of spaghetti sauce
  • 1 8 oz package of softened cream cheese
  • 1 clove of garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • A pinch of garlic salt
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. Cook the spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente (about 12 minutes). Drain well.
  3. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat, then drain excess fat. Stir in spaghetti sauce.
  4. In a large bowl, mix drained spaghetti with cream cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and garlic salt until creamy.
