  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line or grease a muffin tin.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix melted butter, sugar, honey, milk, and vanilla until combined.
  4. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients; stir gently until just combined.
  5. In a small bowl, mix walnuts, pistachios, almonds, cinnamon, and cloves; fold into the batter.
  6. Fill muffin cups two-thirds full and bake for 18-20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
