  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme (or 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  2. Clean the mushrooms and halve larger ones; leave smaller ones whole.
