  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cups low-sodium beef broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • Fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  6. In a small saucepan, melt remaining butter over low heat; add cheddar, Parmesan, and milk until smooth.
  7. Combine cheese sauce with the beef-rice mixture and cook uncovered for an additional few minutes.
  8. Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
