  • 3 pieces of chicken breasts, diced
  • 1 pound pasta (penne or fettuccine)
  • 1 jar (15 oz) alfredo sauce
  • 6 kaiser rolls
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 34 teaspoons garlic and herb seasoning
  • ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Season diced chicken with garlic and herb seasoning, salt, and pepper. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat and cook chicken for 6-8 minutes until cooked through.
  2. Boil salted water and cook pasta until al dente; drain well.
  3. Hollow out kaiser rolls by cutting off the tops and removing excess bread.
  4. Mix melted butter with garlic seasoning and brush inside each roll.
  5. Bake rolls at 375°F for 4-5 minutes until lightly toasted.
  6. Combine cooked chicken, pasta, and alfredo sauce in a large bowl; mix well.
  7. Fill each toasted roll with the chicken alfredo mixture and top with parmesan cheese.
  8. Return to oven for another 4-5 minutes until cheese is melted.
  9. Serve hot, garnished with parsley or red pepper flakes if desired.
