1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 cups fresh green beans
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Instructions
Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season sliced chicken with salt and pepper; cook for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of oil and stir-fry green beans for about 3-4 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp.
Add minced garlic and ginger to the skillet; cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
Return chicken to the skillet. Whisk together soy sauce, honey, and red pepper flakes; pour over the mixture. Stir well and heat for another 2-3 minutes.
