  • 30 wonton wrappers
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • ½ teaspoon soy sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon sesame oil
  • ¼ teaspoon white granulated sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 ½ cups shredded chicken or shrimp (substituting imitation crab)
  • 34 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 34 tablespoons garlic chili oil
  • green onions for garnish
  • sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cut wonton wrappers in half diagonally and arrange on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt and bake for 7 minutes until golden brown.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, heavy cream, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and garlic powder until smooth.
  3. On serving platter, layer wonton chips with the creamy sauce and chopped shredded chicken or shrimp. Drizzle with sweet chili sauce and garlic chili oil.
