  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 lb turkey bacon
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon ranch dressing mix
  • 1 package Hawaiian rolls (12 oz)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper until combined.
  3. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and scramble the egg mixture until just set.
  4. Cook turkey bacon in the same skillet until crispy; cut into pieces.
  5. Place the bottom of Hawaiian rolls in a baking dish and layer with half the cheese, scrambled eggs, turkey bacon, and remaining cheese. Top with the other half of the rolls.
  6. Mix melted butter with ranch dressing mix and brush on top of the rolls.
  7. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until heated through.
