  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional)
  • Olive oil, for cooking

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  2. Lay the tortillas flat and evenly distribute the chicken mixture among them. Top with fresh spinach leaves.
  3. Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll them tightly from the bottom up to seal.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place wraps seam-side down and cook for 3–4 minutes until golden brown. Flip and cook the other side for another 3–4 minutes until crispy.
  5. Remove from skillet and slice in half before serving warm.
