  • 1 pound shredded Brussels sprouts
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • Fresh lime juice from 1/2 lime
  • Avocado oil for sautéing
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1/3 cup thinly sliced green onions
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef. Add garlic powder, green onions, soy sauce, salt, and pepper as it cooks. After about 5-7 minutes, remove from skillet.
  2. In the same skillet, heat avocado oil and sauté the shredded Brussels sprouts for about 6-8 minutes until soft and caramelized.
