  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 2 eggs (at room temperature)
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine almond flour, melted coconut oil, and maple syrup for the crust. Press down evenly in the pan and bake for 10 minutes until golden.
  3. For the filling, whisk together coconut sugar, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, eggs, and fold in chopped pecans.
  4. Pour filling over the baked crust and spread evenly. Bake for another 20-25 minutes until set.
  5. Cool in the pan for at least 30 minutes before transferring to the fridge for an hour. Slice into squares and enjoy!
