  • 1/2 small onion, chopped into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 medium orange, thinly sliced with seeds removed
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons orange marmalade
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Gather and prep all ingredients—chop the vegetables and slice the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Preheat your Blackstone griddle over medium-high heat and add avocado oil.
  3. Cook the chicken thighs in a single layer, seasoning with salt and pepper until golden brown (5-7 minutes per side).
  4. Remove the chicken and sauté bell pepper and onion until tender (about 3-4 minutes).
