  • 2 teaspoons lemon zest
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/4 cup basil sugar (for rolling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine white sugar and fresh basil; muddle together to release the basil oils.
  3. Add softened butter to the sugar-basil mixture; beat until light and fluffy.
