  • 12 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch ground cinnamon (plus more for garnish)
  • 3/4 cup steamed milk (dairy or non-dairy)

Instructions

  1. In a wide mug, mix together the maple syrup, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon. Add hot espresso and stir until well combined.
  2. Steam your milk until frothy; if you don't have a steamer, heat it on the stove or microwave until hot but not boiling. With your mug tilted at 45 degrees, slowly pour the steamed milk into the center of the mug to create foam.
