  • 2 cups Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  1. Prep all ingredients by chopping pecans and measuring out cranberries and oats.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, unsalted butter, and heavy cream over medium heat. Stir until melted.
  3. Bring the mixture to a gentle boil and cook for 2-3 minutes until light caramel in color.
