  • 8 cups fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup + 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¾ cup packed light brown sugar
  • ½ cup salted butter, room temperature
  • 1¾ cups old-fashioned oats

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and butter a 9×9 baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix sliced peaches, granulated sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, cornstarch, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, and salt. Pour into the prepared pan.
  3. In the same bowl, combine brown sugar, remaining flour, butter, and remaining cinnamon until clumpy. Stir in oats until combined.
  4. Crumble topping over the peaches and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Let cool for about 10 minutes before serving warm.
