  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (or sour cream)
  • 2 tbsp lime juice

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, break apart the fresh salmon fillet using a fork. Mix in parsley, cilantro, breadcrumbs (or almond flour), egg, garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
