  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 16 ounces frozen peas
  • 1 pear (diced)
  • 1 lemon (zested and juiced)
  • ½ cup roughly chopped parsley
  • Freshly ground black pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook diced turkey strips until golden brown. Remove from pan.
