Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare two 9-inch round cake pans by greasing and flouring them.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
  3. Beat softened butter and granulated sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time and mix in vanilla extract.
