  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh parsley or basil (optional)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon BBQ sauce

Instructions

  1. Prepare your corn by removing husks and silk, then rinse under cold water.
  2. Microwave ears for 2 minutes to soften slightly; allow to cool.
  3. Cut each ear vertically in half, then slice those halves into quarters for rib-like pieces.
  4. In a mixing bowl, blend softened butter with smoked paprika and garlic powder until well combined.
  5. Brush the butter mixture generously onto all sides of each corn rib.
  6. Arrange corn ribs in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  7. Air fry at 400°F for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
  8. While they cook, mix mayonnaise and BBQ sauce in a separate bowl for dipping.
  9. Once golden brown and crispy, serve with the dipping sauce.
