  • 4 green tea bags
  • 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/4 cup clover honey (adjust to taste)
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • Ice cubes, lemon slices, and fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Bring 6 cups of water to just below boiling in a large pot.
  2. Add the green tea bags and steep for 3 minutes.
  3. Pour the brewed tea into a blender and add the blueberries; blend until combined.
  4. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a pitcher, pressing down on the solids to extract all the liquid.
  5. Stir in clover honey while the tea is warm until dissolved, then add fresh lemon juice.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving over ice.
