  • 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  • 1 can diced tomatoes and green chiles (10 oz)
  • 1 can tomato paste (6 oz)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 12 oz egg noodles
  • 1 cup sour cream (or plain Greek yogurt)
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef until cooked through; drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in diced tomatoes, diced tomatoes with green chiles, tomato paste, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper; simmer for about 15 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, cook egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente; drain and mix with sour cream until well-coated.
