  • 1 pint fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • ½ cup fresh lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
  • ¾ cup lavender simple syrup
  • 1½ cups soda water
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Prepare the lavender simple syrup by combining sugar and water in a saucepan over medium heat until the sugar dissolves. Add lavender buds and steep for 15 minutes. Strain and cool.
  2. In a large pitcher, muddle fresh blueberries and chopped basil until juices are released.
  3. Add ice cubes to the muddled mixture, then pour in cooled lavender syrup and soda water. Stir gently to combine.
  4. Serve immediately in glasses garnished with additional blueberries and basil.
