- 4 ciabatta rolls
- 2 grilled chicken breasts, sliced
- 4 tablespoons basil pesto
- 8 slices fresh mozzarella cheese
- 1 large tomato, sliced
- Olive oil for grilling

- Preheat your grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Brush each ciabatta roll half with olive oil on both sides.
