Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 skinless boneless chicken breasts (thinly sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons fresh garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger (minced)
  • 14 ounces coleslaw mix
  • 1/4 cup green onions (diced)
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 16 wonton wrappers
  • Sweet chili sauce (for drizzling)
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • Chopped cilantro (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the sliced chicken in teriyaki sauce, sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger for at least one hour.
  2. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Shape wonton wrappers over an upside-down muffin tin and bake until golden brown, about 10 minutes.
  3. While the wrappers bake, sauté marinated chicken in a non-stick skillet over medium heat until cooked through.
  4. Assemble tacos by layering cooked chicken and coleslaw in each baked wonton shell. Drizzle with sweet chili sauce and garnish with sesame seeds and cilantro.
  5. Serve immediately while warm.
