  • 1 can black beans (15 ounces)
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup mild cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1 large jalapeño (seeded and diced)
  • 1 medium red onion (finely diced)

Instructions

  1. Drain the canned corn and rinse the black beans thoroughly.
