8 mini corn on the cobs (or 4 full cobs cut in half)
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Arrange the corn in a large baking dish.
In a small mixing bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Stir until blended.
Pour the garlic butter mixture over the corn, ensuring each cob is well coated.
Generously sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top of the coated corn.
