  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 pre-baked pie crust

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until thickened (about 3 minutes).
  2. Stir in molasses, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold one-third of whipped cream into the pudding mixture until just combined.
  5. Pour filling into the cooled pie crust and smooth the top.
  6. Top with remaining whipped cream and chill in the refrigerator for at least four hours or overnight before serving.
