  • ¼ cup white grape juice (optional)
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  4. Reduce heat to low and whisk in butter one tablespoon at a time until fully incorporated and smooth.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste, then stir in chopped parsley before serving.
