  • 1/3 cup + 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice (divided)
  • 1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon allspice
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Egg wash: 1 egg beaten with milk (may sub milk)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your pie crusts by following your favorite homemade recipe.
