- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise (or additional cottage cheese)
- 2 Celery Stalks (diced)
- 2 Green Onions (sliced)
- 1/2 cup Blackberries (sliced)
- 1/2 tsp Salt and Pepper
- 1/4 cup Chopped Walnuts
- Cook the chicken breasts by boiling, grilling, or baking until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C). Shred once cooled.
