  • 1 teaspoon celery seed

Instructions

  1. Boil the cubed red potatoes in a large pot of salted water until fork-tender (about 15–20 minutes). Drain and let cool.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, mustard, salt, celery seed, dill, and pepper.
  3. Gently fold the cooled potatoes and diced red onion into the dressing until evenly coated.
