  • 1 head garlic
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 3/4 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Slice off the top of the garlic head, drizzle one tablespoon of olive oil over it, wrap in aluminum foil, and roast for about 20 minutes until soft.
