  • 1 Earl Grey tea bag
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried rose petals (food grade)
  • 1/2 cup oat milk
  • 1 teaspoon rose vanilla syrup
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar (for syrup)
  • 1/2 cup water (for syrup)
  • Optional: additional dried rose petals for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat 3/4 cup water to just below boiling (around 200°F).
  2. Steep Earl Grey tea bag and 1 tablespoon dried rose petals in hot water for 3–5 minutes.
  3. Strain the mixture into a mug using a fine mesh strainer.
  4. Stir in 1 teaspoon of rose vanilla syrup until dissolved.
  5. In a small saucepan, heat and froth 1/2 cup oat milk until steaming but not boiling.
  6. Pour the steamed oat milk over the tea mixture, holding back foam with a spoon.
  7. Top with frothy milk and garnish with extra dried rose petals if desired.
