- 1/4 teaspoon dried rose petals (food grade)
- 1/2 cup oat milk
- 1 teaspoon rose vanilla syrup
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar (for syrup)
- 1/2 cup water (for syrup)
- Optional: additional dried rose petals for garnish
- Heat 3/4 cup water to just below boiling (around 200°F).
- Steep Earl Grey tea bag and 1 tablespoon dried rose petals in hot water for 3–5 minutes.
- Strain the mixture into a mug using a fine mesh strainer.
- Stir in 1 teaspoon of rose vanilla syrup until dissolved.
- In a small saucepan, heat and froth 1/2 cup oat milk until steaming but not boiling.
- Pour the steamed oat milk over the tea mixture, holding back foam with a spoon.
- Top with frothy milk and garnish with extra dried rose petals if desired.
