  • 10 oz bagged slaw (cabbage and carrots)
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked edamame
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce (reduced sodium)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon ginger (minced)
  • Salt and sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the whole wheat pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside to cool.
