  • 12 oz Wild Alaskan salmon (cut into four 3-inch portions)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 TBSP low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 TBSP sesame oil
  • 2 TBSP Sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 12 tsp rice vinegar (optional)
  • 12 tsp toasted sesame seeds for topping
  • 1 TBSP chopped green onion to garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 275°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, Sriracha, and minced garlic.
  3. Divide the marinade in half; use one portion to marinate the salmon for 15 minutes.
  4. Place marinated salmon on the baking sheet and bake for 14-16 minutes until it reaches an internal temperature of 125°F.
  5. Drizzle reserved marinade over the salmon and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
