- 150 g diced turkey strips
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 2 celery stalks, finely chopped
- 1 medium carrot, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 kg mixed seafood (shrimp, salmon, white fish)
- 2 large potatoes, diced
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1.5 liters chicken broth
- 200 ml white grape juice (optional)

- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- In a large pot over medium heat, cook the diced turkey strips until golden brown and crispy. Remove and set aside.

- Sprinkle flour over the vegetable mixture and stir well for about 2 minutes until fully combined.
- Gradually pour in the chicken broth while whisking to avoid lumps; bring to a gentle simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Add the mixed seafood and cook until just done (5-7 minutes).
- Stir in double cream and optional grape juice; heat through without boiling for another 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper; garnish with parsley before serving.
