  • 150 g diced turkey strips
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 2 celery stalks, finely chopped
  • 1 medium carrot, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 kg mixed seafood (shrimp, salmon, white fish)
  • 2 large potatoes, diced
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1.5 liters chicken broth
  • 200 ml white grape juice (optional)
  • 500 ml double cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. In a large pot over medium heat, cook the diced turkey strips until golden brown and crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, add the onion, celery, carrot, and sauté until softened (about 5-7 minutes). Stir in minced garlic for an additional minute.
  3. Sprinkle flour over the vegetable mixture and stir well for about 2 minutes until fully combined.
  4. Gradually pour in the chicken broth while whisking to avoid lumps; bring to a gentle simmer for about 10 minutes.
  5. Add the mixed seafood and cook until just done (5-7 minutes).
  6. Stir in double cream and optional grape juice; heat through without boiling for another 5 minutes.
  7. Season with salt and pepper; garnish with parsley before serving.
