Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb chicken tenders (boneless, skinless)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes optional
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Chopped parsley optional, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Toss the chicken tenders in a bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes if using.
  2. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3–5 minutes.
  3. Place the seasoned chicken tenders in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for about 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat, add minced garlic, and cook for about 30 seconds. Stir in honey, soy sauce, and lemon juice, and let it simmer for 1–2 minutes.
  5. Toss the cooked chicken tenders in a bowl with the honey garlic butter sauce until fully coated.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve immediately.
