Ingredients
  

Chicken Tenders
  • 1 pound chicken tenders fresh or thawed
Breading
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
Honey Butter Garlic Sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce optional

Method
 

Prepare the Chicken
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, panko breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  2. Coat each chicken tender in the flour mixture, shaking off excess.
Cook the Chicken
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the coated chicken tenders in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  3. Cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
Make the Sauce
  1. In a small saucepan, combine melted butter, honey, minced garlic, and soy sauce over medium heat.
  2. Stir until well combined and heated through, about 2-3 minutes.
Combine and Serve
  1. Once the chicken is cooked, transfer to a large bowl and drizzle the honey butter garlic sauce over the top.
  2. Toss to coat evenly and serve hot.
