Method
Prepare the Cauliflower
- Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets and place them in a mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix honey, sriracha, soy sauce, garlic powder, and olive oil to create the sauce.
Coat the Cauliflower
- Pour the sauce over the cauliflower florets and toss until evenly coated.
- Sprinkle with salt and black pepper, and toss again.
Air Fry the Cauliflower
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the coated cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the cauliflower is golden and crispy.
Serve
- Remove from the air fryer and serve hot as a snack or side dish.
