Ingredients
  

Cauliflower
  • 1 head Cauliflower Cut into florets
Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha Adjust to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce Optional for extra flavor
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Olive Oil For coating
Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Salt To taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper To taste

Method
 

Prepare the Cauliflower
  1. Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets and place them in a mixing bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix honey, sriracha, soy sauce, garlic powder, and olive oil to create the sauce.
Coat the Cauliflower
  1. Pour the sauce over the cauliflower florets and toss until evenly coated.
  2. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper, and toss again.
Air Fry the Cauliflower
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the coated cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  3. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the cauliflower is golden and crispy.
Serve
  1. Remove from the air fryer and serve hot as a snack or side dish.

Notes
