Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 1 pound boneless chicken thighs cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup cornstarch for coating
Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional for extra sweetness
Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons green onions chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds toasted

Method
 

Prepare the Chicken
  1. In a mixing bowl, season the chicken pieces with salt and black pepper.
  2. Coat each piece of chicken in cornstarch, shaking off any excess.
Air Fry the Chicken
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the coated chicken pieces in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  3. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
Prepare the Sauce
  1. In a small bowl, mix together the sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and honey.
Combine Chicken and Sauce
  1. Once the chicken is cooked, transfer it to a large bowl.
  2. Pour the sweet chili sauce over the chicken and toss to coat evenly.
Serve
  1. Garnish with chopped green onions and toasted sesame seeds before serving.
