Prepare Chicken
- In a mixing bowl, combine chicken pieces with soy sauce and cornstarch. Mix well and let marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
Make Bang Bang Sauce
- In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and lime juice until smooth.
Assemble the Bowl
- In serving bowls, layer cooked rice, followed by the cooked chicken, shredded carrots, cucumber, green onions, and cabbage.
- Drizzle the Bang Bang sauce over the top and serve immediately.

Feel free to adjust the spiciness of the Bang Bang sauce by adding more or less Sriracha.
