Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes before grilling.
Dice the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
Combine vegetable oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, ginger powder, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha in another bowl until smooth.
Thread marinated chicken pieces onto soaked skewers, leaving space between each piece.
Preheat the grill to medium-high.
Grill skewers for about 10–15 minutes, turning occasionally until fully cooked.
Drizzle or dip each skewer in the Bang Bang sauce.
Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
