Mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
Combine melted butter, light brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and Greek yogurt with the mashed bananas.
In another bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt.
Gently fold the dry mixture into the wet ingredients.
Fold in the mini chocolate chips, reserving some for sprinkling on top if desired.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth out the top.
Bake for about one hour or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let it cool in the pan for about ten minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
