Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb cooked boneless skinless chicken breast chopped small
  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 1.25 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.25 cup Frank's Red hot sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 unit green onion for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cottage cheese, 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, hot sauce, and garlic powder.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a small casserole dish or any ovenproof dish.
  4. Smooth out the top and sprinkle with the remaining 1/4 cup of cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake for about 15-20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  6. Broil for the last 1-2 minutes for extra crispiness.
  7. Let it cool slightly before serving.
