Start with shredding your cooked chicken if it’s not already done.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, ranch seasoning mix, crumbled bacon, and chopped green onions.
Mix everything together until well combined.
Lay one tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon a portion of the chicken mixture onto the center of the tortilla.
Start at one end of the tortilla and roll tightly until the filling is enclosed inside.
Continue rolling all remaining tortillas with the chicken mixture until you have used up all your filling.
For best results, wrap each rolled tortilla in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Once chilled, use a sharp knife to slice each roll into bite-sized pinwheels about 1 inch thick.
Optionally, sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
