Ingredients
  

Pasta and Vegetables
  • 8 ounces pasta (fusilli or rotini) cooked and drained
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella balls bocconcini or ciliegine
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves torn
Creamy Dressing
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Prepare the Pasta
  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, and basil leaves.
Make the Dressing
  1. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
Combine and Serve
  1. Pour the creamy dressing over the pasta mixture and toss gently to combine.
  2. Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
