Add chicken breasts to the bottom of your slow cooker. Season them generously with salt, pepper, cumin, oregano, chili powder, and cayenne pepper.
Top the seasoned chicken with diced onion, minced garlic, great Northern beans, green chiles, corn, chicken broth, and chopped cilantro. Stir everything together gently but thoroughly.
Cover your crockpot and set it to cook on LOW for about 8 hours or on HIGH for about 3 to 4 hours.
Once cooked, carefully remove the chicken from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks. Return shredded chicken back into the pot.
Add softened cream cheese and half-and-half into your slow cooker. Stir well until combined and cook on HIGH for an additional 15 minutes.
Give everything one last stir before serving. Ladle into bowls and top with your favorite garnishes.
